India, which does not need outside grains to eat or arms to defend itself, is positively transforming, a realistic picture that can only unnerve the disbelieving roguish elements. India was once exploited by colonial rulers, who kept her as a dairy cow for decades, making people demand everything not made in India. Now, the illicit black market has fallen silent, and the import lobby remains quiet. In a country where elitism once thrived, the so-called fourth estate was bought, and the political establishment controlled all branches of the judiciary for decades; now, that influence is waning. With these changes, the frustrated old traders seek refuge within the deep state, clinging to false hopes of a radical change in India’s governance. Sri Lanka, Pakistan, or Bangladesh are not India and never will be, because India currently has the most powerful leaders it has seen since independence.
A stronger India for the world
